Completed and in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days by the best method dependent on size and weight of item. Custom orders will usually take longer. Shipping is generally 10% of the order total. If different than that you will be notified. Once items are received by the shipping company we have no control over delivery. Please contact us with any problems upon delivery - breakage or damage.

Yes we do! We love to do custom work to suit your needs. Whether it is a special size or color, we will do our best to create what you have in mind. Need a number of items for corporate gifts, wedding parties, etc? - we can help you out.  Send us a message or give us a call.

All items listed are made by Ladybug Glass Studio, mainly by Kimberly Lyon, or by our Featured or Guest Artists.  We do not outsource production at this time, so things can take a while if we have a lot of orders. If you need something in a rush, let us know and we will see what we can do. 

Yes we do! You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount and we will either mail or email it to the recipient.  Certificates can be used for any items and may be used within one year of purchase date.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but understand that sometimes items aren't quite as you thought they would be.  If you are not happy with your online purchase of items made by Kimberly Lyon or Ladybug Glass  you may return them for an exchange or refund. Return shipping will be at your expense unless the return is due to a defect or damage, which will need to be documented at time of delivery.  Due to the nature of consignment payment constraints, the work of our other Featured and Guest Artists is not returnable.
